A letter to our Customers and Team,
At Fradella's Collision Centers the safety and well-being of our customers and employees continues to be our top priority. As Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our community we are closely watching this evolving and unprecedented situation through updates from the Centers for Disease Control and our government health officials. As an essential business we will continue to remain open as we recognize the significant role, we play in ensuring the safe, reliable transportation of drivers in and around the New Orleans Metropolitan area. While ensuring the continuation of essential services to our community we also have protocols in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and take part in social distancing.
Serving our Customers
While we have always taken considerable pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, we have implemented increased sanitation protocols across all aspects of our business. We have increased daily cleaning and sanitation frequency in our offices. Including entrance and exits, high touch surfaces and restrooms. Online estimates, electronic paperwork, mobile payments, and after hours drop off and pick up are some of the ways we are implementing social distancing practices. We are limiting the number of customers in our offices by scheduling appointments and asking customers to drive up and text us when they arrive for estimate appointments. Vehicles will be sanitized upon drop off and again prior to delivery back to the customers.
Protecting our Team
We have steps in place to aid our team members in ensuring their individual health remains a priority while continuing to supply essential services to the community. We are limiting social interactions and highly discouraging the sharing of workspaces, and actively promoting CDC guidelines including keeping 6 feet between persons. Along with OSHA required personal protective equipment already used, gloves are supplied for all interactions with vehicles. Touch-less thermometers are in all offices and are used to check each team members temperature upon arrival to the facility. Team members who experience symptoms or encounter anyone diagnosed with covid-19 are instructed to stay home and we have specific reporting and communication procedures in place should this occur.
We are confident that we will overcome this situation and protect our most vulnerable neighbors by taking personal responsibility and each doing our part to flatten the curve.
